1. Responsible for the stable operation of the daily purchase, sale and inventory business of the warehouse.

2. Responsible for improving operational processes, improving working methods, improving operational efficiency, and reducing operating costs.

3. Control the risk points of warehousing operation, eliminate safety and hidden dangers, and ensure operation quality.

4. Responsible for KPI indicators of operation.

5. Make operational planning for warehousing operations and inventory.

6. Responsible for warehousing project cost accounting and quotation.

7. Responsible for the planning of warehousing process and the reasonable allocation of personnel.

8. Responsible for the planning of the reservoir area and the implementation of the warehousing identification system.

9. Strengthen the implementation of the storage system and constantly improve the operation process.

10. Responsible for handling emergencies and maintaining customer relationships.

11. Strengthen team building and accomplish team goals.
